What Your Dog’s day will consist of:
- Your dog will be supervised by our trained staff all hours that they are in daycare! We keep our dog/staff ratio small! 8-15 large dogs to 1 staff member and up to 15 small dogs to 1 staff member
- Although we don’t have a formal “play and train” option, we do work on gate manners with all dogs as well as group activities such as “group sits,” recall practice, and other basic manners.
- We feed lunches between 11am-1pm. So feel free to bring in a lunch in case they get hungry! Lunch is fed in a separate area from group and allows for rest after eating.
- Dogs have access to fresh water in every yard that is refreshed every half hour (if not sooner!).
- We also provide each group with structures that they can play or nap on as well as Kurunda beds!
- Some dogs have a hard time napping in group, and/or may need a break from all the activity. If we feel this is the case, we may place them in a kennel for a nap. Rest is just as important as playtime!
